Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 pound button mushrooms cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
And so on.

Instructions:
  • First of all. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  • And now, Add the mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Step three, Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and mushrooms are caramelized.
