Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a small casserole dish with non-stick spray.
