Kare-kare is a Filipino stew that is peanut-based traditionally served with oxtail but for my version, I’m using beef stew meat. I cooked the vegetables separately because I remember my mom told me, the leftover kare-kare will last longer and it’ll not spoil easily. Ingredients:
3 lb. goat
3-4 tablespoon curry
2 onion,
4 stalks thyme
2 stalks garlic
And so on.

Instructions:

First. Wash & season with curry, thyme, garlic, black peppers & salt, onions

And then, For best results let seared meat sit overnight in refrigerator

And then, Pour a little oil in pot and heat
