Step 1. Wash all vegetables. If cucumber not organic, better peel it. Chop all vegetables, add to a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, then mix. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top. Serve with whatever you like (goes with protein, bread, chickpeas, a cooked meal...pretty much anything).
