Ingredients:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature

Instructions:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Next step is, FOR CRUST: Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar together then press evenly into the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before making filling.

Next, FOR FILLING: Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Using an electric hand-mixer beat cream until small peaks form and it thickens.
